# Frequently Asked Questions

### Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a resource has been purchased and delivered.

Digital assets are delivered and accessed instantly, and they cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

Please make sure to read the product description, check previews, test when available, and review all information before purchasing.

For more information, please check Tebex Terms & Conditions.

### Declined Payment

If your payment was declined, please contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider first, as we do not control payment approvals.

If the issue continues after contacting them, please contact Tebex Support.

You may also open a ticket with us if you need help identifying your TBX ID or order information.

### Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for purchased resources.

Please make sure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your order.

If you are unsure about a product, check the documentation, preview video, screenshots, CFX forum post, or test server when available.

### Keymaster / CFX Account

YourMAPS resources are usually delivered through Keymaster / CFX Asset Escrow when applicable.

Please make sure you are connected to the correct CFX account at the time of purchase.

If you purchase using the wrong CFX account, we may not be able to transfer the asset manually.

Before purchasing, always check that your Tebex / CFX connection is using the correct account.

### Can I Edit the Resource?

No, not directly.

Please respect the creators and do not try to modify protected files or bypass escrow protection.

If you need something changed, adjusted, or customized, open a support ticket and explain what you need.

The YourMAPS team will review the request and help when possible.

### Can I Test Before Buying?

Yes, many YourMAPS MLOs and resources can be tested on the YourMAPS test server.

This allows you to experience the locations in-game and check the quality, atmosphere, and roleplay potential before purchasing.

To access the test server, join the YourMAPS Discord and follow the available instructions.

### Custom Work

Yes, YourMAPS can create custom work for RedM servers and selected FiveM projects.

Custom work can include:

* Exclusive MLOs
* Custom interiors
* Opening existing buildings
* Buildings modeled from scratch
* Custom props
* Custom textures
* Server identity assets
* Roleplay-specific locations
* Cinematic videos

Exclusive projects may have a higher cost and require more time, because they involve dedicated planning, modeling, testing, and work that will not be resold as a public product.

To request custom work, open a ticket on Discord and explain your idea, references, deadline, and whether the work should be exclusive.

### Patreon Learning

You can join the YourMAPS Patreon and community if you want to learn more about RedM mapping, MLO creation, Blender / Sollumz workflow, YMAPs, YTYPs, collisions, textures, and related topics.

Depending on your Patreon tier, you may have access to exclusive learning channels, videos, support areas, lessons, and guidance.

The Patreon Learning Area is focused on helping creators understand the process, improve their workflow, and learn the logic behind RedM mapping.

### Support

* Questions or doubts: join the YourMAPS Discord.
* For personalized exterior/interior textures, custom buildings, or custom props: open a ticket on Discord.
